Judicial consideration of legislation is where the legislation has been applied, discussed or interpreted in court and recorded in case law.
You may also know these cases as "legislation judicially considered."
To get started:
Let's begin!
We are starting at the A-Z Database list. • Click L • Click Lexis Advance • Enter your username and password • You are now in Lexis Advance (Research & US Research)

Your screen should look like this:
Let's find all cases that have considered section 7 of the Marine Pollution Act 1987 (NSW).
You are now on the Advanced Search page.
1. Scroll down to the "Legislation Title" section.
2. Type Marine Pollution Act 1987 (NSW) into the "Legislation Title" box.
3. Type 7 into the "Provision Number" box.
